Rick Villa, President, has been providing Health, Safety and Environmental services since 1979 and has continued to maintain an office in downtown Benton Harbor, Michigan. Rick graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University.  He is a certified asbestos inspector, asbestos project designer and asbestos management planner. Rick finds himself at the desk performing corporate duties, report reviewing, project management, and also manages to include field work.

Steve DehringSenior Project Geologist, graduated from Albion College with a Bachelor’s of Arts in 2006.  He specializes in site cleanup and evaluation of contaminated sites regulated under the Michigan DEQ's Part 201 and Part 213 programs. Steve provides technical assistance and environmental due diligence services for property transactions and excels in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Baseline Environmental Assessments and Documentation of Due Care Compliance.  Steve is a certified A and B operator for underground storage tank systems, a certified Industrial Water Treatment Operator and licensed Asbestos Inspector in the state of Michigan.

Keith LewisGeologist, graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2004.  He specializes in conducting various field services associated with environmental, mold, industrial hygiene and indoor air quality projects.  Keith is a certified A and B operator for underground storage tank systems, soil erosion and sediment control (SESC) inspector and Michigan asbestos inspector.

Jill Depalma, Environmental Specialist, has been working in the environmental field since 1999 conducting Phase I environmental site assessments, monitor well sampling, and asbestos inspections. She possesses an Associate’s degree from Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Jill is a certified asbestos inspector, manages asbestos removal projects, teaches all of our 16 hour asbestos Operations and Maintenance and refresher classes.

Lorie Reits, Accounting Manager, has over 25 years of experience in administration. Lorie provides all accounting and bookkeeping duties, tax payments, insurance, payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable. She has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University.
